If you have purchased an online course, the files needed for the course are found in the first section of that course.

We offer one year of free learning support with all of our printed and online courses. 

If you have purchased a course in the past 12 months for the vehicle you are requesting support on, you may submit a support ticket through our online system.

All online and printed courses are supported by one year of tuning course support.

Hands-On classes will receive one year of support starting from the actual class date. 

The Tuning School only supports tuning courses that are produced by The Tuning School.

Products do not compound (if you purchase 3 courses it does not equal 3 years of support).

Course support is non-transerable and only belongs to the original purchaser. 

You have an option of paying for continued support if the tuning course is still available.

We do have the ability to receive phone calls but our tech support may not be available to talk with you.

The most common reason is because you are in Basic mode. 

You will need to switch to Advanced mode by clicking Edit, then View, then Advanced. 

What are HP Tuners credits? What are the different type of credits? How many credits to I need? What modules do I need to license? What are credits attached to? Where are credits stored? Where do I purchase credits?

Are they GM, Ford, or Dodge for original HP Tuners MPVI? Did you provide your correct serial number and correct app key?

Are they MPVI2 Universal? 
You won't receive a new app key. You will receive an email from The Tuning School with a video on how to resync your device to retrieve your credits.

You must be connected to the internet for MPVI2 credits to load.

You should wait an avg. 3-10 minutes from time of purchase to resync.

Our shipping policy is found in our terms of service and copied here:

All products shipped from The Tuning School are shipped between the hours 8:30am – 10:00am EST Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). 
Products purchased are shipped same day before 10:00am EST otherwise shipped next business day. 
All orders shipped USPS Priority take an additional 1-3 days.
Next Day Air shipments are only next BUSINESS day. 
Call for arrangements for non-business days. 

This information should be used in example; wanting an overnight shipment that is purchased on a Friday at 10:30pm EST. This shipment would not be sent until Monday, which means the customer would not receive it until Tuesday. 
After hand-off to carrier occurs, all responsibility and liability is transferred to shipping carrier. Customers choose their shipping speed at time of purchase.

The Tuning School is not responsible for delayed, lost, or damaged shipping due to carrier neglect. 
If worried about delay, loss, or damage, please choose to insure your products at checkout.

Our return policy extends for 30 days past the date of purchase.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

* Downloadable software products

* HP Tuner Credit purchases

* Online courses

*Live/private hands-on seminars (although a one-time reseat date change may be authorized if your seat can be filled, last minute cancellations will not be refunded)
