The Plex Knock Monitor V2 delivers reliable audio and visual knock detection even for the most challenging projects. Available in single and dual input versions (up to 8 cylinders) it comes bundles with an advance PC analysis and configuration SW> Built with a rugged aluminum enclosure for rigorous use. 

Features: Best-in-class Audio Quality.  Improved SNR (signal-to-noise ratio) by 20dB, with much higher audio clarity and 10 times lower noise.
Transflective Display 2.3'' transflective LCD display offers better viewing in daylight and outdoor conditions thus enabling knock detection on the device without a PC being always necessary.
Dual Knock Sensors Inputs Optional dual-knock sensor input with increased dynamic range, suitable for twin bank engines or for enhanced knock detection. Choose whether to split the audio channels per sensor or listen to them combined. 0-5V Analog Load Sensor Input Connect a MAP or TPS sensor and perform 3-dimensional knock data on the device or PC.
Non-volatile Device Logging Memory Capture 3-dimensional knock information and log knock count with knock level per cylinder versus RPM and load.
Dual Audio Output Sockets Benefit from the two audio output sockets by using them either for training your apprentices or for cross-checking the knock signal with colleagues.

Per Cylinder Detection - The ignition tripper input allows you to detect knock per cylinder for up to 8 cylinders.

Frequency vs Bore Size Cal. - A built-in engine bore size reference lets you select the knock frequency by simply choosing the cylinder size.

A new version of the Knock Monitor V2 software is available and can be

The software includes a new firmware version v0.72.

The changes vs the previous v0.70 version are:

This new version of the software also has an automatic update capability so after it is launched it will check for updates online. If an update is found it will be downloaded and installed on the next software start.
